在高效液相色譜分析系統中，對色譜柱溫度控制的要求越來越高。正確控制色譜柱的溫度，對于提高柱效、改善峰分離度、保證重現性、以達預期的分析結果，具有不容忽視的作用。所以柱溫箱已成為ｈｐｌｃ系統中的重要配套裝置。

ph系列色譜柱恒溫箱按溫控器與加熱箱是否在同一機箱內分為一體式和分體式；按豎直安裝或水平安裝分為立式和臥式。用戶可根據不同品牌、各種類型的液相色譜系統選用。
